Hello! I’m Joey McConnell, your local State Farm Agent proudly serving Hood River, OR, White Salmon, WA, and the beautiful Columbia River Gorge on both sides of the Columbia River.

I’m a proud father of three amazing kids—Arianna, George, and Charlie Adele. Oh, and we can't forget our cat Benji and our Golden Retriever Boone! My wife Amy and I chose Hood River as the perfect place to raise our family and build a small business. What started as a dream 16 years ago became a reality when I opened my own agency here in October 2015. Since beginning my journey with State Farm in 2009, it’s been an incredible experience growing alongside this wonderful community. We truly love calling Hood River home, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our neighbors every day.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll likely find me coaching youth basketball or baseball. Our family enjoys camping during the summer and hitting the slopes in winter. While most of my family is based in Central Oregon, Amy’s family is near Grand Rapids, Michigan, so family time is always a priority, and we make every effort to stay connected with both sides.
